DirectionsFrom the M1 Junction 26 Follow signs for A610 to Nottingham. The third island, just after Phoenix Business Park on your left, is Cinderhill Island. From Cinderhill Island Take the A610 (Nuthall Road) towards the city centre. Approximately 300 yards (250 metres) from the Island you will see BP and Texaco petrol stations opposite each other. The Gym is on the right just past the pedestrian crossing traffic lights - look out for the sign. From Nottingham city centre Take Alfreton Road out of the city, signposted M1 North. In approximately 1.5 miles (2 km) you will cross Bobbers Mill Bridge, carry straight onto Nuthall Road. Take Nuthall Road for approximately 1.5 miles (2 km) where you cross a junction with Broxtowe Lane, with the John Barleycorn Inn on the corner on your left. Continue round the bend after this junction. The turning for the Gym is on your left immediately after the Park Tavern pub. Look out for the sign. |

Public TransportBus numbers 300, 70 and 70A from the city centre stop directly outside the Gym, and terminate at the park and ride facility at Phoenix Business Park. Bus numbers 35 and 79 from the Queen's Medical Centre and city centre respectively, stop at the bottom of Bells Lane and terminate in Bulwell.
